I would place my wind farm off the coast of the St Joseph area. With the wind farm being off the coast it will not disturbe the local population as much as it would being on land. The wind blows very strong in this area because it has no obstructions coming off the lake. There are pleanty of highways near for shipping. There is a marina and a chanel to keep the boats and barges in while construction is in progress. Threre are some bird populations in the area but the size of the wind farm is not expected to effect the birds to greatly.
